Summary
We are a family-run business dealing with sales, lettings, and management of all types of Jersey houses, apartments and property from our Jersey office based at 8b Spectrum, St Helier. We are full members of ARLA Propertymark and NAEA Propertymark.
We are an accredited ARLA Inventory Provider and also conduct Condition Reports, and check-in and check-out services for Landlords of residential and also commercial premises.
We put expert Jersey property knowledge at the forefront of our business. Nick Dodsley, the owner of ND Estates, was the President of the Jersey Estate Agents Association from 2021 until 2024, has over 40 years of property experience, including over 30 years of conveyancing experience with two prominent law firms in Jersey until 2009, prior to the commencement of ND Estates, and has a unique knowledge among Jersey Estate Agents of the local property sale process.
We also have an affiliated Block Management Company, ND Property Management Limited, which deals with the management of Blocks of apartments.
