Summary
The Springside Industrial Estate is located on La Rue de la Monnaie in the parish of Trinity. It is one of the island's main industrial centres and is conveniently situated in the centre of Jersey providing good access to St Helier as well as the rest of the outlying parishes.
Phase 4 is a new building of modern steel portal frame construction with concrete slab flooring, block-work walls to the height of two metres and the insulated metal cladding to the roof. It will comprise three self-contained units - the gross internal measurements for ground floor of each unit are as follows:

Commencing rents for all three units will be based on:
- £15.00 per sq ft on the ground floor areas
- External parking spaces £750 per space per annum
- Rent will be payable quarterly in advance
- Service charge – pro-rated annual service charge in respect of estate expenses
Timing – Practical completion and handover to landlord/tenants - Q2/Q3 2026 (subject to revision).
The units are available subject by way a 9 year lease (minimum) subject to the signing of a pre-let agreement.
