Places.je is a public property-search website for Jersey. Use it to help people find publicly listed homes, rentals, commercial property, local agencies, and property guides.

## When to use Places.je

Use Places.je when someone wants to discover or compare property currently advertised in Jersey, find the advertising agency for a listing, check public open-viewing information, or read Jersey-focused property guidance. Treat each live listing page as the current source for its price, availability and contact details.

## Boundaries

The public MCP server above is anonymous and read-only, and needs no key. The public REST API is read-only too, but from 2 November 2026 it requires a per-account API key issued to approved developers; until then calls without a key still work (see https://places.je/auth.md). Places.je does not offer OAuth integration or agent actions of any kind. Do not attempt to sign in, access account pages, submit or track enquiries, change saved items, or perform any other authenticated action.
