History
Rose Lea Cottage is Grade II listed & is the east wing of Rose Lea, a model Jersey granite farmhouse, the oldest part of which was constructed in the 1600s.

The whole property was purchased by well known architect John Douglas Smith in 1981, he converted the east wing into an office for his architects practice, and then later into residential accommodation for himself and his wife.

As far as the current owner is aware, there is only one other indoor cider crusher and press in the island in similar condition, which is at Hamptonne.

This is truly a unique property with lots of history!
